Use of the platform
SmartStore AI is provided to help stores organize products, customer requests, orders, payments, delivery options, and AI-assisted workflows. You are responsible for the accuracy of store data, product information, prices, and customer communications entered into the platform.
Service updates
Features may be improved or expanded over time. Some workflows may require store review before customer communication, payment, delivery, or fulfillment is completed.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for protecting your account access, inviting trusted team members only, and reviewing AI-created drafts before sending confirmations, payment instructions, or operational messages to customers.
Limitations
SmartStore AI should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice. Stores should verify business requirements, customer policies, payment rules, and local regulations before launch.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless another applicable legal arrangement is required by law.
